Return Policy
RETURN POLICY: If you are not completely satisfied with your new product, you can request an RMA within 30 days from the date of shipment of your order. We do not accept returns if an RMA is not requested within 30 days from the date of the shipment. In the rare event a customer receives a defective item they are to contact the manufacturer for warranty information. The Manufacturer's contact information is included with the item.
You must contact us for an RMA, (return merchandise authorization) at Returns@MyPetStore.com before returning your merchandise back to SDL Online Stores. (Please Note: If the email link does not work for you, please highlight the entire email address, copy then paste the address into your preferred email application.)
- Our warehouse does not accept any packages without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- Your email should contain the name the order was placed under, the invoice number and the item you would like to return. You will receive a response with an RMA number and return instructions within 24-48 hours except on weekends.
- ALL original materials must be included in you return. The cost of any materials NOT included will be deducted from the refund.
- SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Items shipped under our FREE Shipping offer will be charged the cost of shipping the order to you.
- Merchandise must be in a new re-sellable condition, in the factory sealed original packaging and must include manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected by our returns specialists, and a restocking fee will be charged if the package has been opened and/or the product has been used.
- Batteries are not returnable if the package has been opened, torn, or cut.
- Returns must be received within 14 days from the date the RMA is issued.
- Partial returns and/or damages will NOT receive a full credit. Items damaged through "wear and tear" or due to return shipping damage will receive PARTIAL or NO CREDIT at the discretion of SDL Online Stores, Inc.
- If the item returned is NOT new as shipped, unopened in the factory sealed package, free of pet hair, debris and/or odor, your refund will be less than the original charge to you or no refund. Used wire and training flags are not returnable.
- Any FREE Items not included with your return will be charged full price. This includes any and all manuals, DVDs, CDs, probes, test lights, warranty cards, or any other accessories that came with your product.
- We recommend that you return your package by UPS/Fed-Ex, or another track able shipping service that requires signature upon delivery. USPS 'Track & Confirm' is not acceptable as they do not require signature upon delivery and we cannot confirm the package was received without signature. Please be sure to save your shipping receipt until your credit card has been credited.

Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible in order for you to receive your package in a timely manner. Your order may be canceled by calling 770-878-4236. Emailed cancellations will not be accepted. If your request to cancel your order is received after your order has been processed there is a 10% cancellation fee. Once your order enters the shipping department cancellations will not be accepted.
Refused Orders
Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item, minus full shipping charges and minus a 20% restocking fee. The credit will be issued once the item has been returned to us.
